ColderICE eCommerce Blog: We Plead Not Guilty Mr. Paypal, Google Checkout, ChargeBack “Judges”

Benicassim is in Spain. Not Great Britain. Presumably the buyer wrote his address wrongly when he opened his PayPal account. If PayPal bothered to verify buyers this error would have been caught before you sent your product into the wild blue yonder and took the loss.

See that would have helped for real! Just some of the things we seller have to navigate, huh. We get "dinged" for errors that customers make too.

This has not happened to me yet! I always try to confirm it with the buyer first. I never trust paypal anyway. I have sold on ebay for 4 years and only had 1 mistake and that was my fault. Just confirm it with the buyer first and you will find that problem is not really a problem!! But thanks for the heads up. That give me another reason to double check.
