    Oh Cliff, this story had me rolling - I've done the screw up between 2 buyers myself, but 3?!?! What a nightmare!! And with the first one giving you a bit of attitude to boot... Geesh! I'm glad you worked it all out though, and thanks for posting the story.

    My thoughts exactly, Mitzi, I wish I had a picture of my face when Buyer #2 told me about Card, and thus Buyer, #3!

    I'm so bad though, my first thought was "Fix it!" my second was "Post it!"

    Hopefully your post will help another panic stricken seller somewhere. we have all been there, done that, but a hat trick (triple play in USA)WOW!

    Defuse, defuse, defuse, yes I made a mistake, you are absolutely right, I made a mistake, and you have provided a blueprint for sellers right up to 'walk away from it until you cool down'
